By accessing or using FieldMatrix.ai services, including our SaaS platform, mobile applications, and AI-powered tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

FieldMatrix.ai provides AI-powered field service documentation tools, including but not limited to FieldScribe, which offers voice-to-text transcription and professional summary generation for field workers. Our technology is patent pending and proprietary to Cadenhead Services, Inc.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated summaries for accuracy
• You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and industry regulations
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FieldMatrix.ai, including our AI algorithms, software, designs, and patent-pending technology, are owned by Cadenhead Services, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

FieldMatrix.ai and its Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our AI tools are designed to assist with documentation only and should not replace professional judgment.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of our Services may require a paid subscription. Usage-based pricing may apply for features such as transcription minutes. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

• Voice Data: Audio recordings submitted for transcription

3. AI and Voice Data Processing

Your voice recordings are processed using our proprietary AI technology to generate transcriptions and summaries. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models. We do not sell your voice data to third parties. Voice data may be temporarily stored for processing and quality assurance purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure data centers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mobile Application Terms

2. Device Permissions

Our mobile app may request access to:

• Microphone: Required for voice recording features
• Storage: To save recordings and app data
• Internet: To sync data and process transcriptions
• Notifications: To alert you when transcriptions are ready

3. App Store Terms

Your use of our mobile app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
